Installed capacity is not running energy consumption. For the GR-CLK450-SF4 it includes glue equipment and the envelope excludes packaging equipment; for the other lines, what is included is confirmed for each configuration. Envelopes do not include material storage or service clearances. Reference speeds depend on product size, materials and configuration — the GR-CD350-SF figure applies to a product length of about 900 mm.

Questions buyers ask first.
Do you build the machines yourselves?
No. The lines are built by our manufacturing partners in China. BySideCare is the international brand of Nanjing Jiushu Technology Trade Co., Ltd. — we coordinate requirements, site visits, documentation and communication between you and the manufacturer.
How do I choose between a pull-up and a tape-on diaper line?
Start with the finished product. Pull-up and tape-on products use different waist and fastening structures. Send a reference sample or drawing so the right line and modules can be reviewed.
Is design speed the same as production output?
No. Design speed is a machine reference. Sustainable output depends on product size, materials, configuration and quality criteria, and is confirmed in the technical agreement.
What should I prepare for the workshop layout?
Usable length, width and clear height, access routes, power supply and compressed air. The machine envelope alone does not include material storage, service clearances or auxiliary equipment.
Can I get samples or private-label packaging?
Yes. Send the product type, sizes, target market and estimated quantity. Sample availability, packaging options, lead time and minimum order quantity are confirmed against the selected specification.
